Job Title: Stylist- women’s western wear

Job Summary

Helping the women customers in choosing the style and helping them redesign their wardrobe.

Reporting To: Store Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and preferences to provide suitable styling solutions.
• Present design options and styling concepts to customers based on their needs and body type.
• Design customized garments including western formal wear and occasion wear.
• Assist customers with trousseau planning and wardrobe solutions, especially for corporate and professional needs.
• Provide styling tips and fashion advice to enhance the customer’s overall appearance.
• Take customer measurements and process garment orders.
• Coordinate with the tailoring unit to ensure garments are prepared for trial on time.
• Ensure garments are available for trial and follow up with the tailoring department regarding customer orders.
• Verify that the final garment is produced according to the approved design and meets quality standards.
• Maintain strong customer engagement by introducing oneself and building rapport with customers visiting the store.
• Analyse current fashion trends and forecast style preferences relevant to western womenswear.
• Assist in photoshoots, catalog shoots, and merchandising activities when required.
• Support visual presentation and styling of garments for in-store displays and marketing material.
