Job Description:
2) ROLE DESCRIPTION
As We enters its next phase of growth, we are building our online sales engine from the ground up. This role will be responsible for establishing, managing, and scaling our presence across quick commerce platforms, e-commerce marketplaces, and our D2C website.
The role requires a hands-on, execution-driven professional who understands the commercial realities of online FMCG, including platform dynamics, pricing, promotions, margins, and inventory planning. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on revenue, visibility, and brand building. The individual will work closely with leadership, marketing, supply chain, and external platform partners to build scalable processes and drive sustainable online growth.
3) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
i) Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
- Onboard and manage brand presence across quick commerce platforms
- Coordinate listings, pricing, discounts, and visibility campaigns
- Work with platform account managers to drive scale and availability
- Ensure stock availability, fill rates, and smooth last-mile coordination
ii) E-Commerce Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Manage product listings, catalog hygiene, keywords, and content
- Plan and execute promotions, deals, and festive campaigns
- Track sales performance, ROI, and platform-level analytics
- Coordinate with agencies or internal teams for ads and optimization
iii) D2C Website Growth
- Drive sales on the brand’s D2C website through offers, bundles, and CRO
- Coordinate with marketing teams for performance marketing and CRM
- Monitor funnel metrics: traffic, conversion, AOV, repeat purchases
- Support website improvements and customer experience initiatives
iv) Strategy, Analytics & Execution
- Own online sales targets across channels
- Track daily / weekly performance dashboards
- Optimize pricing, discounts, and margins across platforms
- Identify new growth opportunities, platforms, and partnerships
4) REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Quick Commerce ( Blinkit, Zepto / Swiggy Instamart etc) (managing online sales platforms and product listings)
- 3–6 years of experience in FMCG e-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart etc) / D2C (managing online sales platforms and product listings)
- Strong understanding of digital FMCG economics, margins & promotions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to address customer inquiries and build positive relationships
- Sales acumen and ability to contribute to revenue generation initiatives
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant e-commerce tools, platforms, and software
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
