Designation : Chief Accountant 

Job description

Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in compliance with international accounting standards
Prepare monthly, quarterly,& annual financial statements & reports
Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow planning, and financial forecasting

 Key Requirement Zoho Books Expertise (Mandatory):

• The candidate must have strong, hands-on experience with Zoho Books, as it forms the core of our accounting system.
• Ability to manage complete accounting workflows within Zoho Books including invoicing, expenses, bank feeds, reconciliation, inventory tracking, and reporting.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Zoho Books for business operations, including chart of accounts structuring, automation, and integration with other systems.
• Capability to identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data accuracy within ZohoBooks.
• Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem integrations (if any) will be an added advantage.

 Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in an international business environment.
• Prior experience in trading, procurement, or import/export businesses will be an added advantage.
