- Positions : Sales Officer/ Sr. Sales Officer/Sales Executive
- Locations : Hyderabad/ Jodhpur/ Agra/ Orissa, Cuttack/ Vadodara/ Haryana/ Chennai/Bhubaneshwar/ Bangalore/ Srinagar
- Experience : 5+Yrs Experience from Automobile / Auto component and Auto Ancillary
- Qualification : Graduate / BTech / MBA / Diploma
- Salary Budget : As Per Best In Market Standards
- Working Days : 6 Days Working
- Working Time : 9AM to 5:30 PM
- Gender : Male
- Age : 25-35 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Collection
- Driving Primary Sales and Secondary Sales defined target for BGIL & BPIL as per KRA / Monthly plan.
- Driving New Part numbers and Focused part number primary and secondary sales targets.
- Payment Collections from primary customer as per sales policy of company.
- Driving schemes and demand generation as per the budgeted numbers of the month.
- Market Visit Planning
- Clearly defined BEAT Plan (Tour Plan) for market visit to primary and secondary customers with respect to classification of customer & minimum visit policy per month
- Travel Matrix [beat plan] planning for self on rolling basis for 3 months with specified agenda & objectives
- Activity Planner (for self) Submission and Implementation as planned in every product range, keeping in control Expense vs Business Gain in Co-ordination with RM / ZM.
- Monthly planner for Primary sales & secondary sales with defined objectives and align with respective mapped RM/ZM and coordinator.
- Sales Promotion and Driving Loyalty Program
- Monthly / Quarterly Planner for participation in various Product Campaigns, Organizing Retailer/Mechanic Meet and other promotional activities with clear FAB (Features, Advantage & Benefits)
- Focus sales promotional activities for driving New Part Numbers, Focussed Product and focussed part numbers from product basket.
- Timely completion of loyalty programs / campaigns, etc. and submission of data to VP’s Desk as per specified timelines and detailed report on objective, target customer, outcome, and next step planned.
- Market Information
- Market Mapping of Distributors dealing in Auto-Component business in defined territory for BGIL and BPIL
- Secondary Customer Mapping of Retailers / Mechanics in territory Classified in terms of potential to respective company’s Primary channel partner
- Keep Up-date on Competition Policies / Schemes and Pricing on regular basis for both BGIL and BPIL product range.
- Plan Market Information activities from time to time with pre-defined objective and alignment with VP’s Office.
- Other Activities
- Lead the Inspection of claims as per the Company’s Warranty Policy.
- Cold Calling and Cold email management.
- Product training and joint visit plan along with the DSR.
- Drive new dealer appointment to the potential markets / districts in key potential product segment in alignment with respective RM/ZM and VP’s Office.
- 100% usage of eligible Company’s Digital tools across various tasks and functions. (Sales Force Activities, Company’s Web Portal etc.)

- Knowledge
- Strong Communication skills with technical knowledge.
- Good Proficiency in MS Word, PPT and Excel, SAP (preferred).
