Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR generalist activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in administration, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Handle employee records, documentation, and HR MIS
Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
Manage employee engagement and grievance handling
Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures
Handle administrative responsibilities and office coordination
Support performance management and HR reporting
Required Skills:
Strong experience in HR Generalist role
Knowledge of administration and HR operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Qualification:
MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field
