Position - Associate – Commercial Insights

 

Working days – 6 days

 

Time – 9.00am to 5.00pm

 

Location – BKC

 

It will be on the third-party payroll of Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd

 

Primary Job Function: 

 

  • This role is responsible for supporting the business with key deliverables: Sales and field commissions dashboards, analyzers, dashboards, BPM and scorecards.
  • Strengthen the relationship with commercial teams, stakeholders and provide necessary support required to provide analytics & Insights.
  • Ensure accurate and on time disbursement of various Commissions/contest defined by SFE.
  • Support the business with target setting, as and when required 
  • Ensure timely delivery of all monthly deliverables, adhoc requirements for the business.
  • He/she needs to work closely with divisions and support them with accurate and reliable data which enables them to identify and address critical issues.
  • Investigate and analyze trends through external market audit and prescription data.

 

 

Core Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide end-to-end support to business stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of value-added services and process requirements.

 

  • Collaborate effectively with zonal managers, division heads, marketing teams, the SFE team, and other key stakeholders to align on deliverables.

 

  • Possess hands-on experience in master data management and processing of primary and secondary sales.

 

  • Manage accurate and timely sales crediting, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.

 

  • Lead the computation of field force commissions, ensuring timely disbursement with a focus on accuracy and compliance to avoid audit observations.

 

  • Prepare detailed commission spend summaries and share calculators with relevant business teams.

 

  • Ensure timely release of commission pay slips to field force personnel.

 

  • Play a key role in the annual target-setting process and support system readiness.

 

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for relevant business tools and systems.

 

  • Handle ad-hoc business requirements with agility and precision.

 

  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across concurrent responsibilities.

 

  • Analyze sales and competitor performance data to identify key trends and generate actionable insights; contribute to strategic analytical projects as needed.

 

  • Understand the various processes/systems and identify area for improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
