Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Generator who can identify potential business opportunities and generate
qualified leads for our IT services. The ideal candidate will research target markets, connect with
potential clients, and support the sales team in building a consistent pipeline of prospects.
Key Responsibilities
● Research and identify potential clients for web development, mobile apps, digital marketing,
and UI/UX services.
● Generate leads through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other B2B
channels.
● Build and maintain a database of potential clients and opportunities.
● Initiate conversations with prospects and qualify leads before passing them to the sales
team.
● Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to understand service offerings and target
industries.
● Track outreach, responses, and lead status using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
● Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture potential prospects.
Requirements
● Experience in lead generation, online bidding, or IT service sales support.
● Understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile development, SEO, and
UI/UX design.
● Strong research and prospecting skills.
● Good written English communication for outreach and client interaction.
● Ability to organize leads and maintain tracking systems.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
● Experience using Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
● Experience targeting US, UK, Australia, or European markets.
