Role Overview:
To support institutional development and HR/tourism-related initiatives for SIHM (State Institute of Hotel Management).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR functions, training, and capacity-building initiatives
Support tourism education and skill development programs
Coordinate with stakeholders and government bodies
Assist in curriculum/program development aligned with industry needs
Drive operational and administrative support
Qualifications:
MBA in HR / Tourism / Hospitality Management
Experience in training institutes/tourism/hospitality sector preferred
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
