Job Description:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics – Operations Executive to manage and streamline daily logistics activities. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient coordination of shipments, inventory, and transportation while maintaining compliance and optimising operational costs.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage daily logistics operations, including dispatch, delivery, and transportation
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and suppliers for the smooth movement of goods
Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments
Ensure proper documentation, such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and GRNs
Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with stores for stock availability
Handle dispatch planning and ensure timely deliveries to customers
Optimise logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Monitor freight and transportation costs and compare vendor quotations
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently
Prepare and share daily/weekly logistics reports with management
Coordinate with sales, service, and warehouse teams for seamless order fulfilment.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)
2–4 years of experience in logistics or operations
Strong coordination and communication skills
Good knowledge of documentation and logistics processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
