About the Role
We are looking for a Consultant – UG Premium Counseling who will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, personalized counselling services to undergraduate aspirants targeting top global universities. This is a client-facing, outcome-driven role requiring deep expertise in undergraduate admissions, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently handle high-value student portfolios
The charter for this role will include:
● Own end-to-end premium counselling for undergraduate students aspiring to study abroad (US, UK, Canada, Europe, etc.)
● Conduct in-depth profile evaluations and craft personalized admissions strategies
● Guide students on:
Academic and extracurricular profile building
College shortlisting and application strategy
Essays, SOPs, LORs, and application narratives
● Drive admissions outcomes by ensuring quality, timeliness, and strategic rigor
● Manage a portfolio of high-intent, premium clients with strong service ownership
● Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and conversion
● Collaborate with internal teams (sales, ops, content, product) to improve counselling experience
● Stay updated on global admissions trends, policies, and university requirements
Ideal Persona:
● 2–5+ years of experience in undergraduate admissions counselling, preferably in premium/Ivy League-focused markets
● Strong understanding of global UG admissions ecosystems
● Proven success in handling high-value students and complex profiles
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to operate independently with high ownership and accountability
● Exposure to process design, tools, or tech-enabled counselling platforms is a plus
● Background in premium education consulting firms or international education startups
