Job Description:
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Motivate and manage a team of sales executives, providing training, mentorship, and performance
evaluations to ensure high productivity and morale.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, guide them through obtaining loans, collect
necessary documentation, and address loan queries. Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining
good relationships with the Home Finance team.
• Track and report on sales performance, including KPIs, prepare and maintain MIS reports, and
implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and meet targets.
