Job Description:
1. General Administration & Facility Management
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the manufacturing plant.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment by supervising housekeeping, maintenance, and facility repairs.
  • Manage office assets, inventory, and office equipment maintenance. 
2. Canteen & Employee Support Services
  • Manage canteen operations to ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and nutrition for employees.
  • Oversee catering vendors, menu planning, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide employee support services to improve workplace experience and address grievances related to admin services.
3. Transport & Fleet Management
  • Manage employee transport logistics, including route optimization, vendor management, and driver compliance.
  • Ensure safety compliance for all company vehicles and personnel transportation. 
4. Security & Safety Management
  • Lead security operations, including overseeing security guards, access control, and CCTV monitoring across all shifts.
  • Ensure emergency response readiness and compliance with safety regulations. 
5. Vendor Management
  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external service providers (e.g., housekeeping, security, caterers).
  • Maintain vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), evaluate performance, and process payments.
6. Statutory Compliance
  • Ensure strict adherence to all labor laws, statutory compliances, and local regulations relevant to factory administration.
  • Maintain accurate legal records, permits, and licenses for the facility. 
7. Budget Control & Finance
  • Prepare, monitor, and control the administration budget, focusing on cost optimization and reducing wastage.
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure financial accountability. 
8. Event & Guest Management
  • Coordinate on-site corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Oversee guest house management and hospitality for visitors. 

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Mandatory MBA in Human Resources (MBA-HR) or Master of Personnel Management (MPM).
  • Experience: 6–10 years of experience in administration, preferably within a manufacturing plant/site environment.
  • Leadership: Strong team management abilities to lead a team of support staff.
  • Competencies: Good communication, problem-solving skills, and proactive attitude
