Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Team Lead – Overseas Counselling to manage and guide a team of counsellors while delivering high-quality student advisory services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in overseas education counselling, particularly across multiple destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of overseas education counsellors

• Provide expert counselling to students aspiring to study abroad

• Guide students through the entire process: course selection, applications, and admissions

• Ensure high conversion rates from enquiries to enrolments

• Stay updated on international education trends, visa processes, and admission requirements

• Conduct training sessions and performance reviews for team members

• Build and maintain relationships with partner universities and institutions

• Handle escalations and provide solutions to complex student cases

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in overseas education counselling

• Proven experience handling destinations such as UK, Ireland, USA, and Europe

• Prior experience in a team handling or leadership role is preferred

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Good understanding of admission and visa processes for multiple countries
