Job Description:
A Marketing Manager for a chains manufacturing company develops B2B strategies to promote industrial products, generates qualified leads, and builds brand awareness. This role requires industrial, QSR, or FMCG experience, technical content creation skills, and CRM proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create comprehensive marketing plans to boost sales, enhance market share, and align with company goals.
- Lead Generation & Sales Support: Identify new B2B opportunities and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Content & Brand Management: Produce technical brochures, case studies, and website content to maintain brand consistency.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing: Execute SEO, PPC, email marketing, and manage participation in trade shows and conferences.
- Market Research: Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify new growth areas.
- Budgeting & ROI: Manage marketing budgets and analyze campaign performance metrics to maximize return on investment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in a manufacturing, QSR, or FMCG environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial products, B2B marketing channels, and CRM tools.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
