Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Java applications using Java and related frameworks

• Participate in full SDLC

• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code

• Design & develop RESTful APIs and web services

• Work with Spring Framework 

• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and Hibernate/JPA

• Basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Conduct unit & integration testing

• Troubleshoot and debug issues

• Participate in code reviews

• Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams

• Follow coding standards and documentation practices

• Work in Agile methodology

• Deploy, maintain and optimize applications

• Use tools like Postman, SVN/GIT

Technical Competencies:

• Strong OOP concepts

• Core Java (collections, multithreading, exception handling, I/O, lambdas, streams)

• Java EE (Servlets, JSP, JPA)

• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security

• Hibernate/JPA

• API tools: Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics

• CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

• Docker & Kubernetes basics

• Performance debugging & profiling

• Agile/Scrum experience

• SDLC, TDD & versioned API understanding
