Job Description:
Working days - 5 days
Time - 8.30am to 5.30pm
It will be on the third party payroll of Talisman HR Solutions based on performance it can be renewed.
Role Description:
To provide hands-on analytical, operational, and project support across core Compensation & Benefits BAU activities and regional initiatives in APAC & Japan.
The role will support salary structures, merit cycles, job evaluations, offer proposals and other rewards operations, enabling the C&B leadership to focus on strategy, stakeholder management, and transformation priorities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Compensation Survey Submissions & Data Preparation
Prepare and submit compensation survey data for vendors such as Mercer, Aon, WTW, including job matching, data validation, template completion, follow‑ups, and maintaining records of submissions and outputs - BAU Compensation & Offer Support
Support day‑to‑day compensation activities, including offer proposals, pay mix calculations, incentive data support, and responding to routine rewards queries from Division HRs and regional stakeholders - Rewards Governance & Job Evaluation Administration
Maintain trackers for job evaluations, exceptions, and approvals, ensure documentation is complete and up to date, and support audit and governance requirements through accurate record‑keeping - Benefits Operations & Cost Tracking
Support insurance renewals, benefits data collection, cost tracking, and preparation of comparison summaries and basic decision materials for APAC leadership review - Reporting, Decks & Regional Rewards Project Support
Prepare standard decks, dashboards, trackers, and reports for leadership and governance forums, and provide execution support for regional rewards projects (e.g., pay transparency, equity initiatives, annual BAU exercises)
Skills and Desired Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Compensation, Rewards, HR Analytics, or HR Consulting
- Advanced Excel capability (modelling, pivots, formulas, data validation)
- High attention to detail and comfort handling sensitive data
