Role: Customer Relationship Executive

Work Timings – 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM

Working Days – 6 days a week

Work Location –   Dombivli

Qualification – Any Graduate with relevant experience.

 

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage client servicing and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, handling accounts receivable follow-ups, and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end client servicing and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely collections
  • Monitor and control Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to improve cash flow
  • Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and escalations effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment status

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of AR processes and DSO management
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
