Quality Supervisor or Engineer -Mumbai
Job Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to strengthen our Quality Department and support the delivery of high-rise construction projects by ensuring adherence to defined quality standards, systems, and best practices. The role will work closely with the HOD– Quality to drive execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement across sites.
Roles & Responsibility
- Monitor and ensure quality compliance across project sites with respect to: a) RCC works b) Finishing activities
- Assist in value engineering initiatives during design and execution stages to optimize cost, improve constructability, and enhance product value.
- Review and implement quality-related terms and conditions in contracts, technical specifications, and vendor scope documents.
- Develop and standardize checklists, pour cards, method statements, and specifications for effective site execution and inspections.
- Conduct site audits, coordinate with project teams, and ensure closure of nonconformities and quality observations.
Minimum Requirement are mentioned below
- Industry – Real Estate, Developer & Construction
- Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering.
- Skills – Leadership Skills, Problem Solving, Knowledge about Real Estate Market
