Estimation & Design Engineer
Job Description:
1. Industry Analysis -
- Conduct in-depth analysis of various industries to identify potential customers and market trends
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
2. Customer Shortlisting
- Utilize market research to shortlist potential customers based on their needs, requirements, and technological preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted lists for lead generation.
3. Techno-Commercial Acumen
- Possess a strong understanding of the technical aspects of products and services.
- Analyze the commercial viability and market positioning of products to align with customer expectations
4. Lead Generation
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation within targeted industries.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within potential customer organizations
5. Product Knowledge
- Establish a feedback loop with the sales team to continuously improve strategies based on customer interactions and market feedback.
6. Collaboration with Sales Team
- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support during the sales process.
- Give presentations to end clients & consultants & progress the lead towards commercial discussions.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations for clients.
7. Customer Engagement:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
- Provide pre-sales support to address customer queries and concerns.
8. Feedback Loop
- Establish a feedback loop with the sales team to continuously improve strategies based on customer interactions and market feedback.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into commercially viable solutions.
- Stay abreast of the technical specifications, features, and applications of the products/solutions offered by the company. Effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
Week off: Sunday Fixed and 3rd and 4th Saturday Off
Work Timing: 9:30am - 6:30pm
