Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical) responsible for ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery and electrical systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Diagnose faults and carry out troubleshooting of machines and systems
- Ensure minimum downtime by quick response to breakdowns
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment history
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues
- Coordinate with production/operations team for smooth functioning
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
- Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment
- Manage spare parts and inventory for maintenance needs
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairs
- Basic knowledge of PLC, motors, panels, and hydraulics (preferred)
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Relevant experience in maintenance (5–6 years)
