Job Title :Office Assistant / Executive

Qualification: Diploma / Degree

Experience : 2-4 Years (Elevator Industry)

Salary details - Best in the industry (It will be on Talisman HR Payroll)

Work timing - 9 hours

Work Days - 6 Days

Job Description -

  •  Extracting various data from ERP
  •  Preparation of various reports based on the Data
  •  Publishing various reports to the branches
  •  Follow up with Branch for various reports (target, completions, etc)
  •  Update the report and share with HO
  •  Daily attendance follow-up & report preparation
  •  Assisting Management in PR/PO approvals
  •  Escalating IT (App, ERP, etc) issues with HO and resolve
  •  Process Vendor billing (where required)
  •  Any other tasks assigned
