Job Title :Office Assistant / Executive

Qualification: Diploma / Degree

Experience : 2-4 Years

Salary details - Best in the industry (It will be on Talisman HR Payroll)

Work timing - 9 hours

Work Days - 6 Days

Job Description -

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Extract and analyze data from ERP systems
✅ Prepare and publish various reports for branches and management
✅ Follow up with branches for targets, reports, and completion status
✅ Daily attendance tracking and report preparation
✅ Assist management with PR/PO approvals
✅ Coordinate with HO for IT-related issues (ERP, Apps, etc.) and ensure timely resolution
✅ Process vendor billing and support administrative operations
✅ Handle other tasks assigned by management

Skills Required:

✔️ Strong knowledge of MS Office & Advanced Excel
✔️ Excellent communication
✔️ Good coordination and follow-up skills
✔️ Attention to detail and reporting accuracy
