Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and technical-savvy HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, specializing in attracting, screening, and hiring high-caliber technical sales staff, product specialists, and warehouse operations personnel. The ideal candidate understands the electrical engineering industry and can identify talent that bridges technical knowledge with sales acumen. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source technical candidates (sales engineers, electrical product specialists, estimation engineers) using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Naukri, Indeed), and industry networks.
  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from understanding job requirements and posting ads to screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Technical Screening: Collaborate with sales and operations managers to create technical screening questions to filter candidates for knowledge of electrical switchgear, cabling, lighting, or automation components.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance company presence as a top employer in the electrical trading market.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain accurate candidate data and track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. 
     
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably with experience in technical, engineering, or trading industry recruitment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical products (e.g., breakers, cables, switchgear, automation) is highly preferred.
  • Sourcing Skills: Proficient in Boolean searches and passive candidate engagement on professional platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building rapport with technical professionals.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
