Job Description:

• Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Recording daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
• Invoicing & Billing: Generating sales invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, and purchase orders.
• Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconciling bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Inventory Management: Updating stock levels, tracking inventory movement (inward/outward), and managing stock records in Tally.
• Taxation Compliance: Preparing and assisting in filing GST returns (GST tax computation) and TDS deductions.
• Report Generation: Creating financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for management review.
• Administrative Support: Handling petty cash, maintaining physical and digital files, and assisting in internal or external audits. 
   

• Education: Typically a B.Com or high school diploma (12th pass) with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in TallyPrime or Tally.ERP 9 is essential.
• Software Knowledge: Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel for data management.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience is often required, but many roles are available for freshers.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills. 
   

• Location/Job Types: Jobs are often available in manufacturing, retail, and trading firms, with many openings requiring office-based attendance.
• Salary (India): Salaries for Tally Operators often start at approx. 1.2 to 1.8 Lakhs INR per annum (approx. 10k–15k per month), increasing with experience.
