TENDER EXECUTIVE FOR ELECTRONIC TRADERS - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

• A Tender Executive for an electronics shop manages the full bidding lifecycle, specifically searching for electronics-related tenders (e.g., computers, CCTV, appliances) on portals like GeM. Key duties involve tender analysis, technical documentation preparation, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely, compliant submissions. 

   

  Key Responsibilities

  • Tender Identification & Monitoring: Daily tracking of electronics tender opportunities on GeM, CPP, and other e-procurement portals.
  • Documentation & Preparation: Analyzing tender documents (RFPs/RFQs) for technical/commercial requirements and preparing bid documents.
  • Submission Compliance: Preparing and submitting competitive bids, ensuring all documentation aligns with tender requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordination: Liaising with manufacturers (OEMs) for product specifications and technical compliance sheets.
  • Tracking & Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of submitted tenders, monitoring status updates, and handling post-submission clarifications. 
     

  Key Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience (2-4 years) in tender management, specifically managing GeM portal orders for electronics/IT products.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial/technical bid processes, eligibility criteria, and tender laws.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and high attention to detail for handling strict deadlines.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, or relevant field).
