Role Summary

This is an execution-focused role designed for early-career professionals who are strong in handling routine marketing activities. The role involves consistent execution of social media, campaigns, and coordination tasks, with no ownership of strategy or lead generation.

KRA: Task / Activities

• Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms (including LinkedIn
• Execute email campaigns and WhatsApp campaigns as per given instructions
• Coordinate with internal teams for content, creatives, and approvals
• Maintain trackers for campaigns, posting schedules, and basic data
• Ensure timely execution of all assigned marketing activities
• Share basic updates on campaign status and completion

KPI: Performance Metrics

• Adherence to posting schedules and timelines
• Accuracy in execution (minimal errors)
• Consistency in daily/weekly task completion
• Responsiveness and coordination with internal teams
• Maintenance of updated trackers and reports

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and email marketing tools
• Basic understanding of digital marketing workflows
• Ability to manage routine and repetitive tasks efficiently

Preferred skills

• Exposure to WhatsApp marketing tools
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge for trackers
• Experience working in a structured execution role
