Job Description:

Position:    Maintenance Engineer

Location:     Shirwal - Pune

Experience:  3 - 8 years

Industries:   Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance of machines and utilities.
• Maintain CNC, VMC, Laser cutting, Punching, Press brake machines, welding machines, compressors, DG sets, material handling equipment, etc.
• Diagnose root cause of machine failures and implement corrective & preventive actions.
• Prepare and maintain PM schedules, maintenance records, and machine history cards.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and improve equipment availability.
• Manage spare parts inventory and raise indent for critical spares.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and legal requirements.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Support installation, commissioning, and relocation of machinery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, Kaizen, OEE improvement).
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Maintain documentation for ISO, TPM, and audit requirements..

Required Skills:

• May have to work in shift
• Must be located close to factory
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical panels, PLC basics
• Exposure to TPM, ISO, 5S
• Problem-solving & analytical skills
• Leadership and communication skills

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical

Salary: - Up to 5.00 LPA
