Site Supervisor

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Monitor labor productivity and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and regulations on-site.
• Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
• Check materials received on-site and ensure proper usage.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Assist in project planning and scheduling activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision (preferably in real estate projects).
• Good understanding of construction processes and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
