- Responsible for managing overall accounting and financial operations of the organization
📊 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and finalize books of accounts
- Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss)
- Handle GST, TDS, and other tax compliances
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or accounting software
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports
- Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliation
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Handle payroll, invoicing, and vendor payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
👥 Coordination
- Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and external consultants
- Support management with financial insights and reports
