Job Description:

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure smooth workflow, manage inventory, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and leadership skills, especially in a creative or retail-driven environment.

KRA: Task / Activities

• Manage day-to-day store/studio operations
• Supervise staff and ensure productivity
• Maintain inventory, stock levels, and reorder cycles
• Ensure proper display and organization of products/materials
• Handle customer interactions and queries professionally
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Monitor sales and support revenue growth initiatives
• Maintain store hygiene, safety, and standards
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports
• Assist in implementing promotional or marketing activities

KPI: Performance Metrics

• Store efficiency and smooth daily operations
• Inventory accuracy and stock management
• Customer satisfaction and feedback
