Job Description:
Job Title: Back Office Support Executive
Department: Operations / Service Support
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and billing documents
Coordinate for RTO passing and documentation of new machines
Handle CRM entries and follow-ups for new machine enquiries
Maintain records of parts, service requests, and customer feedback
Support service team in commissioning, deputation, and service coordination
Process and track claims related to service and operations
Generate and maintain monthly expense reports and MIS documentation
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all operational records
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, accounts) for smooth workflow
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Email communication is must
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
Experience in back office / operations support (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
0–3 years of relevant experience
