Job Description:

System Design & Engineering

Design system architecture and prepare technical specifications for SCADA, SAS, PPC, FOTE & plant-wide communication systems for Solar/Wind/Hybrid projects.
Develop and review Single Line Diagrams (SLD), communication architecture, and plant network schemes.
Review & approve the GA drawings, cabling, and system layout drawings for SCADA/SAS/PPC.
Prepare and finalize Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Bill of Materials (BOM), and Scope of Work for packages like SAS, PPC, FOTE, and communication systems.
Note: Completed basic & detailed engineering of approx.- 1.33GW capacity projects.

Technical Documentation & Project Lifecycle

Review & approve technical documents: Functional Design Specifications (FDS), FAT/SAT procedures, IO Lists, Operation Philosophy & Logic Flow Diagrams.
Coordination for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), and real-time validation of SCADA and PPC logic during commissioning.
Support project team with technical evaluations, vendor offers, and interface during project commissioning phases.
Note: Completed basic & detailed engineering of approx.- 1.33GW capacity projects.

Vendor Development & RFQ Management

Lead preparation of technical specifications and Request for Quotations (RFQ) for PPC, SAS, FOTE, and associated SCADA packages.
Engage with vendors, perform technical offer evaluations, and finalize vendor scope.
Note: Completed tender engineering of approx.- 1GW capacity projects.

Compliance, Coordination & Regulations

Review government policies and ensure project compliance with State/Central Electricity Authority (CEA), SLDC/WRLDC grid codes and SCADA/PPC interface requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, EPCs, OEMs, and utilities for project execution and grid integration.
Ensure cyber-security compliance and implement IT-OT network segmentation as per IEC/IS/CERC standards.
Systems Integration & Controls

Design and validate integration of PPC and SCADA with third-party systems such as STATCOM, SVGs, MFM meters, and grid interface equipment.
Interface SCADA/PPC systems with telemetry, PLCC/FOTE panels, and metering infrastructure (SEM/ABT).
Work on CCTV, FAS, and fire system integration with SCADA
