Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive domestic sales growth and expand market presence across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships in the FMCG / Agro products industry.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and expand domestic market reach
Visit distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and potential clients regularly
Promote products such as pulses, rice, grains, and other food commodities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Collect market feedback, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery
Ensure payment follow-up and collection from clients
Prepare daily sales reports and travel updates

Required Skills
Strong field sales and negotiation skills
Good communication and convincing ability
Knowledge of domestic FMCG / food commodity market preferred
Ability to travel frequently for client meetings
Relationship management and target-driven mindset

Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 2 to 3 Years in Field Sales / Domestic Sales

Qualification: Any Graduate / Relevant Experience Preferred
Preferred Industry Background
FMCG, Food Products, Pulses, Rice, Agro Commodities, Distribution Sales
