Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented In-House Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in domestic sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and converting opportunities into business for a growing company in the pulses, rice, grains, and agro products industry. The candidate should be confident in communication, follow-ups, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic sales inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms
Manage and respond to inquiries received from IndiaMART, website, and other lead sources
Generate new business leads and convert inquiries into sales
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers
Prepare quotations, pricing details, and order coordination
Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients
Coordinate with dispatch and internal teams for smooth order execution
Maintain customer database and sales reports
Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives

Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good knowledge of domestic sales processes
Experience in handling IndiaMART and online lead platforms
Lead generation and follow-up expertise
Customer relationship management skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM preferred)
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
