Job Description:

 

Role Summary

We are looking for an HR professional with experience in industrial setups to manage end-to-end HR functions across office, factory, and on-site operations. The role requires strong execution capability across recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for office staff, factory workers, and on-site teams
  • Manage payroll processing, attendance, leaves, and statutory deductions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR MIS
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees
  • Handle employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline
  • Work closely with plant and site teams for manpower planning
  • Drive HR processes including performance tracking and basic training initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in industrial / manufacturing setups
  • Hands-on experience managing both white-collar and blue-collar workforce
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance systems, and statutory compliance
  • Ability to work across office, factory, and field environments
  • Strong coordination and people management skills

Reporting & Coordination

  • Reports to Management / Operations Head
  • Works closely with plant teams, supervisors, and accounts department
  • Coordinates with external consultants for compliance and payroll
