Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients (manufacturers, distributors, e-commerce, etc.)
  • Promote transport services such as full truck load (FTL), part load (PTL), fleet services
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client logistics requirements and offer customized solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
  • Track market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Ensure timely payment collection from clients

Required Skills

  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of transport/logistics industry
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Client handling and relationship management
  • Ability to work on targets
