Job Description:

Technical Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, Solid Works, Auto Desk, PVelite, HTRI Overall more than 6 years of experience in Estimation, Design and Fabrication of Process Equipment including Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Columns, Reactors, Dryers, Hoppers, Ladles, Ducting, Tanks, Material handling equipment’s, Process Skids and Pipelines, Industrial Air Filters, and Burners

Specialise Experience for Hydrogen Generation Units (HGU) Equipment and Industrial Gas Plant Equipment such as Shell & Tube Vaporizers, Pressure Swing Absorber (PSA), Thermal Swing Absorber (TSA), DCAC Vessels, Cryogenic Tanks, Chemical Injection Skids, Jacketed Vessels, Agitators, Waste Water treatment plant Equipment including Flocculator (Hyperbolic Impeller /Vertical Paddle Wheel)

Well conversant with Sulphur recovery Units and Tail Gas Units (SRU & TGTU), LNG Regasification, Crude Distillation Unit (CDU), Vacuum Distillation Unit (VDU), Petroleum fluidised Catalytic Cracking Units (PFCCU), Catalytic Regeneration Units, Amine Recovery Units (ARU), Sour Water Stripper (SWS), Air Separation Units (ASU). Water treatment Plants

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with Marketing Team and participate in final order discussions & Technical meetings.
• Review Customers Enquiry Specifications and try to offer cost with the best options.
• Communicate with clients for order type and project forecast.
• Sending RFQ of various items and evaluate the vendor offers.
• Preparation of specifications, Drawings etc. for invitation of sub-contractors offers Evaluation of techno-commercial offer of sub-contractors.
• Negotiation with Vendors /Contractors.
• Interact with clients for techno commercial aspects.
• Analyse and evaluate the scope of work after the receipt of P.O. from customer.
• Preparation of Internal work order.
• Working on amendment of price in order.
• To prepare estimation according to client’s requirement for Vessels ASME Section VIII Div. 1 and 2 with minimum wastage and quotation with all the technical details.
• Check Shell & Dish-end thickness, Volume calculation of Pressure Vessel in PV elite software asper International Standards.
• Study of Drawing and Technical Specifications given by Client.
• Check Sub vendor list provided by clients and send enquiry to sub vendor for Brought out items.
• Upload EIL , IOCL, ONGC tender on portal.
• To coordinate with design, production and quality department for any query.
• Prepare General Arrangement Drawing, Proposal Drawing, Detailed Drawing, Fabrication Drawing, Machining Drawing, Bill of Material, Summary List for purchasing of raw material, Prepare Bill of Material for Estimation and Quotation.
• Review of purchase Order Received from Client
• Prepared Piping Layout, G.A. Drawing, Fabrication Drawing, P&ID, Quality Assurance Plan as per International Standards (UL, ASME, ASTM, ANSI), Local Standards I.e. Indian Standards
• Preparation of Technical Data Sheet as per GAD & Product Specification
• Sending an enquiry for non-product range items necessary for the products in our range and as per the Client's requirements
• Communication with the Client's as per their Technical queries / issues & resolving them on the priority basis
• Communicating with the manufacturing in-charge to resolve the issues at the time of manufacturing.

Industry Experience: 6-9 years

Basic Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engg. / Diploma in Mechanical Engg. Degree or certification course in Chemical Process Plant Design & drafting
