Job Description:

Position Title: Business Development Asst. Manager/Manager/Sr Manager (HC& PC)
Location: Mumbai (HO)

Purpose : To create and capitalize on new business opportunities while supporting and expanding the
existing business with a strategic objective of driving growth and enhancing market share within the
Homecare and Personal care sector.

Qualifications & Experience:
 Graduate with an MBA in Marketing/Finance
 7–15 years of experience in the healthcare, personal care, or a relevant industry.

Key Competencies:
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
 Proven experience in B2B sales and business development
 Strong financial acumen in B2B sales, including conversion cost analysis, and IRR calculations
 Solid understanding of sales principles and methodologies
 Hands-on experience with modern sales tools and techniques
 Proficient in relevant computer applications, including Advanced Microsoft Excel.
 Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities

Job Responsibilities:
 Consistently achieve annual business targets in line with organizational objectives
 Ensure profitability is maintained across all proposals and business engagements
 Generate high-quality leads and effectively convert them into business opportunities
 Support the department through timely preparation and submission of business proposals and
RFQs, leveraging current best practices and tools.
 Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, driving profitability and
competitive advantage
 Customer-focused approach with the ability to anticipate and respond to evolving needs, delivering
innovative solutions and service excellence.
