Job Description:
A Real Estate Account Manager acts as the primary liaison between clients (investors, tenants, or buyers) and the firm, managing relationships, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts, handling property transactions, and conducting market research to meet sales targets.
Core Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
- Sales & Transactions: Manage the end-to-end deal process, from lead generation and site visits to negotiation and closing.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary liaison to resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and maintain a database of premium residential or commercial inventory.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accuracy in lease/sale agreements, and maintain CRM data.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in real estate sales, business development, or leasing, preferably with IPCs (International Property Consultants) or leading developers.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Software: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

- Revenue growth through upselling/cross-selling.
- Client retention rates.
- Transaction closing speed and volume
