Job Description:
🔎 Job Responsibilities:
📘 Transaction Verification & Accounting (Pune Office Transactions)
- Verify all transactions (cash, bank, expenses, sales, purchases, etc.) as per internal controls.
- Approve transactions in Tally after recording and authorization.
- Prepare weekly payment schedules based on approved invoices.
- Process payments as per procure-to-pay process.
- Review & sign daily cash register; verify daily cash balance.
- Ensure monthly closing entries & provisions are correctly recorded and approved.
- Review monthly tax working & tax return filings for all applicable statutes.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and additional reports as required.
🏦 Banking & Statutory Compliance
- Review bank guarantees (Advance & Performance); report fortnightly on expiry/renewal.
- Prepare monthly sales invoices for Engineering Services & coordinate with Holtec International.
- Liaise with Banks & Company Secretary for inward remittance documentation.
- Complete statutory procedures for foreign currency receipts.
- Ensure timely payment of all applicable taxes, duties, and statutory dues.
- Prepare monthly compliance reports statute-wise.
👥 Payroll
- Check reimbursement expenses, leaves, and taxation workings.
- Submit verified payroll for Financial Advisor approval.
- Prepare cheque/RTGS requests after approval.
