Property Value Engineer

Role Summary

Field-intensive role responsible for end-to-end property valuation including site inspection, market analysis, and report submission for banking/NBFC cases. Requires independent execution with minimal supervision.

KRA: Task / Activities

· Conduct on-site inspections for land and building properties

· Assess property value using market comparables and valuation methods

· Prepare detailed valuation reports as per bank/NBFC standards

· Handle multiple valuation cases simultaneously with defined TAT

· Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for documentation

· Ensure accuracy and compliance in valuation reports

· Support case closure within timelines

KPI: Performance Metrics

· Number of cases completed per month

· Turnaround time (TAT) adherence

· Accuracy and quality of valuation reports

· Client/Bank approval rate

· Field productivity and efficiency

Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit)

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of property valuation principles

· Understanding of local Chennai real estate market

· Report writing and documentation skills

· Ability to work independently in field roles

· Basic MS Excel / reporting tools knowledge

·  Experience handling bank/NBFC valuation cases

·  Familiarity with legal/property documents

·  Exposure to valuation software/tools
