Job Title: CNC / VMC / HMC Operator

Location: Nighoje, Chakan, Pune

Industry: Machinery Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are hiring skilled CNC, VMC, and HMC Operators to join a leading machinery manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CNC machines and relevant control systems, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC, VMC, and HMC machines efficiently
  • Perform machine setup and adjustments as required
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained during production
  • Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot basic issues
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Work Details

  • Working Days: 26 days per month
  • Duty Hours: 12 hours (8 hours + 4 hours overtime)
  • Shift: Rotational (Day & Night)
  • Overtime: Paid at single rate

Facilities

  • Canteen: 2 Breakfast + 1 Lunch + 3 Tea (₹50/day)
  • Bus Facility: ₹500/month

Skills Required

  • CNC Turning (Mazak Control)
  • Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, and Jyoti systems
  • Experience with Haas, Mitsubishi, Mazak, and LMU machines

Eligibility Criteria

  • Male candidates preferred
  • Relevant work experience required
  • Immediate joiners preferred

  • Weekly Off: Thursday
