Job Description:
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Administration & Facility Management (Plant utilities, O&M)
- Office & Asset Management, Infrastructure handling
- Guest House & Event Management
- Ensure discipline (Attendance, OT control, Break policies, Visitor & Mobile policy)
- Monthly Attendance Processing & System Upload
- New Employee Joining, ESS Training & Orientation
- Compliance with Labour Laws (EPF, ESI, PT, LWF, Factory Act, etc.)
- Maintain statutory records & registers
- Vendor & Manpower Supplier Management (billing & compliance)
- Liaison with Govt. Authorities (GIDC, Factory Inspector, Labour Office, Fire, Police, etc.)
- ISO & HSE Compliance
- Housekeeping & Hygiene Monitoring
- Security Management (CCTV, gate control, movement tracking)
- Company Vehicle & Petty Cash Management
- Safety Implementation & 5S coordination
- Blue-collar recruitment & onboarding
- MIS Reports & documentation
- Cost control as per budget
