Job Description:
📋 Documentation & Compliance
- Preparation, review, and control of SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, and other GMP documents
- Ensure proper documentation practices (GDP compliance)
- Handling change control, deviation, and CAPA
🏭 Shop Floor QA Activities
- Line clearance before batch initiation
- In-process checks and verification
- Monitoring of manufacturing and packing activities
🧪 Validation & Qualification
- Support in process validation, cleaning validation
- Equipment qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) coordination
📊 Audit & Inspection
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Ensure audit readiness at all times
- Compliance with regulatory authorities (FDA, WHO, etc.)
📦 Batch Release
- Review batch records
- Assist in batch release process
