Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in FMCG, Foods, or Pet Foods industry. This role will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain management,
including demand planning, procurement, logistics, inventory control, and import/export operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Management
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement to distribution
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
• Monitor KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), inventory turnover, and service levels
2. Demand Planning & Forecasting
• Lead demand planning processes using historical data, trends, and market inputs
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align forecasts
• Minimize stock-outs and excess inventory through accurate planning
3. Procurement & Vendor Management
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance evaluation
• Ensure timely sourcing of raw materials and finished goods
• Drive cost optimization and quality compliance
4. Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Optimize inventory levels across warehouses and distribution centers
• Implement best practices in warehouse operations and stock control
• Reduce wastage, obsolescence, and holding costs
5. Logistics & Distribution
• Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks
• Ensure timely deliveries while optimizing freight and logistics costs
6. Import & Export Management
• Handle international logistics, customs clearance, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and trade requirements

• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping lines
7. Process Improvement & Systems
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Work with ERP systems for planning and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 7–12 years of experience in FMCG, Foods, or Pet Foods industry
• Strong experience in demand planning, logistics, and import/export operations
• Hands-on experience with ERP and supply chain planning tools
