Direct Tax - Litigation- Mumbai
Job Description:
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–7+ years of strong domain expertise in Litigation under Direct Taxation, preferably within the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) sector.
Role Overview: As part of our Direct Tax team, you will be responsible for:
Litigation: Handling tax litigation across all levels — CIT(A), ITAT, High Court & Supreme Court Drafting appeals and e‑appeals with strong technical accuracy, Coordinating with legal counsel, preparing paper books, researching case laws
Advisory: Advising on domestic & international taxation, DTAA, withholding tax, FII matters, Reviewing legal agreements like SPA/ISDA, Ensuring the organization avails eligible tax benefits through compliance reviews 📍 Location: BKC, Mumbai (Work from Office)
