Qualification: Any Gruadate in HR stream, MBA HR, BSW / MSW
Experience: 2 to 4 years (preferred in manufacturing industry)
Location: Vasai East
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & manpower planning
Attendance & payroll coordination
Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws)
Employee engagement & grievance handling
HR documentation and MIS reporting
