ERP/MIS Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented ERP/MIS Executive who will be responsible for
handling day-to-day data operations in ERP systems, managing MIS reports, and data
operating and handling.

Key Responsibilities
 Perform data entry and data management in ERP systems
 Maintain and update inventory, production, and billing data
 Generate and manage MIS reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
 Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems
 Coordinate with production, store, and accounts teams for data updates
 Handle invoice entries, stock records, and dispatch data
 Use MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) for reporting and analysis
 Assist in ERP system operations and troubleshooting (basic level)

Required Skills
 Basic knowledge of ERP software (any ERP)
 Strong skills in MS Excel
 Good data handling and reporting skills
 Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification
 Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BCA preferred)
 Relevant certification in ERP or Tally will be an advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile
 Experience in manufacturing/plant environment preferred
 Hands-on experience in MIS, data entry, or ERP operations
 Ability to work with cross-functional teams
 Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Mehsana
