About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager (Web Technologies) to lead the successful delivery of web-based projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, smooth execution, and on-time project delivery aligned with business goals and client expectations.

This role requires strong multitasking abilities, keen attention to detail, and a passion for co-ordinating across design, development, and QA teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Communication Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all project communications and expectations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparency, clarity, and regular progress updates.
• Convert client requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables for internal teams.

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and task allocations for end-to-end delivery.
• Coordinate across design, development, and QA teams to ensure alignment with scope, quality, and timelines.
• Monitor and document project progress using structured tracking methods.
• Identify potential risks or dependencies early and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

Process & Team Coordination

• Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring optimal resource utilization and workload balance.
• Collaborate with team leads and leadership to improve internal workflows and communication processes.
• Define and implement best practices for project management across the organization.
• Ensure that all project documentation, reports, and closure notes are complete and accurate.

Technical Understanding

• Possess a working knowledge of web technologies such as WordPress, .NET, and other CMS frameworks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand project scope, feasibility, and delivery requirements.
• Facilitate smooth handoffs between design, development, and QA stages to maintain efficiency and quality.

Tools & Documentation

• Utilize tools such as Basecamp and Zoho Projects (mandatory) for milestone tracking, task management, and communication.
• Maintain transparent and consistent reporting on project health, progress, and risks for leadership and stakeholders.

Leadership & Delivery

• Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain accountability within project teams.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting quality and client expectations.
• Support in evaluating team performance based on delivery outcomes and process adherence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in project management within a digital agency or IT services environment (agency background mandatory).
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, from requirement gathering to delivery and post-project review.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
• Proven organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience managing international clients across various time zones.
• Proficiency in Basecamp and Zoho Projects (mandatory); familiarity with Jira or
• Asana is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience managing WordPress and .NET-based projects.
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms, APIs, UX/UI principles, and responsive design.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred (not mandatory).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client management abilities.
