Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to assume the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing. This role is a critical leadership position responsible for spearheading all sales, marketing, and business development efforts across Parin Furniture's diverse business verticals nationwide. The VP will be responsible for strategy development, revenue growth, team management, and overall operational efficiency at the corporate level.
 
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Define and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies across multiple business streams, including B2B, Corporate Accounts, Private Projects, Government Tenders, and Export.
  • Showroom and Retail Channel Management: Oversee the performance and expansion of company showroom stores across Pan-India.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive aggressive growth in market share and revenue by targeting high-value institutional and project-based opportunities (Healthcare, Education, etc.).
  • Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing national sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage critical sales operations functions and be capable of handling complex office and inter-departmental disputes to ensure smooth workflow.
  • P&L Accountability: Manage the Sales & Marketing budget and performance metrics to achieve profitability targets.
Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience specifically in a Vice President or equivalent senior leadership position.
  • Industry Expertise (Mandatory): Candidates must possess substantial and relevant experience within the furniture industry, or related sectors like metal and wood manufacturing, with a deep understanding of institutional and project-based sales.
  • Skills: Strong background in sales strategy, large-scale team management, institutional sales, channel development, and resolving complex operational/interpersonal issues.
Job Location & Compensation
  • Location: Rajkot Gondal Billayala Factory Office, Gujarat (On-site, full-time).
  • Compensation: Salary is negotiable, and compensation will not be a bar for the right candidate.
