AGM/DGM CIVIL STEEL PLANT PROJECT - RASMADA, DURG

• Project Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the entire life cycle of civil construction, including foundational work for heavy machinery (blast furnaces, coke ovens, mill structures) to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Design & Engineering Review: Review structural arrangement, connection designs, and detailed drawings (fabrication drawings) for steel structures.
• Project Management & Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets, prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and check technical specifications.
• Contractor & Vendor Management: Lead, coordinate, and supervise contractors, consultants, and contractors' site teams. Manage tender document preparation and vendor contracts.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure high-quality standards (IS standards) for incoming materials and completed work. Maintain strict adherence to site safety guidelines and SOPs.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports, track progress vs. plan, and liaise with statutory bodies. 
   

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial construction, specifically heavy foundation works, structural steel fabrication, RCC, and industrial flooring.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Staad Pro, and MS Project.
